The fastest way to resolve an order
- 01Open a ticket from your dashboard and choose the topic.
- 02Attach your order reference — for example BK-8F42Q1.
- 03Follow the thread until the ticket is resolved or closed.
Payment note
Wallet top-ups are collected through Safaricom M-PESA STK Push and credited only after Safaricom confirms the payment.
